To provide a seamless and personalized fitness experience, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Your name, Member ID, and gym affiliation provided by your gym administrator.
• Location Data (GPS): We request access to your device's location strictly to validate your physical presence at the gym during check-in. We do not continuously track your location in the background.
• Biometric Data (Passkeys): We use WebAuthn Passkey technology for secure logins. Your biometric data (fingerprint or face scan) is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We only store a cryptographic public key to authenticate you.
• Fitness & Activity Data: We store your workout logs, check-in history, assigned diet plans, and workout charts to track your progress and provide gamified achievements.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to operate and improve your experience on the platform:

• To verify your attendance using GPS coordinates.
• To deliver personalized workout and diet plans assigned by your trainer.
• To secure your account using passkey authentication.
• To generate visual progress reports, activity heatmaps, and gamified fitness tiers.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your information is only shared in the following scenarios:

• With Your Gym Administrator: Your check-in history and activity logs are visible to your affiliated gym management for tracking and training purposes.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections and secure database architecture, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact your gym administrator or reach out to us directly.

1. User Accounts and Security

• Account Access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We highly recommend utilizing our Biometric Passkey feature for enhanced security.
• Account Sharing: Your account is strictly personal. Sharing your Member ID or passkey credentials to allow others to access the facility or log workouts on your behalf is strictly prohibited.

2. Location Services and Check-ins

• GPS Requirement: The core functionality of Retag Fitness requires access to your device's location services. You must be within the designated radius (e.g., 60 meters) of your registered gym to successfully record a check-in.
• Anti-Spoofing: Any attempt to manipulate, spoof, or bypass the GPS location requirements will result in immediate suspension of your account and notification to your gym administrator.

3. Health and Medical Disclaimer

• Not Medical Advice: Retag Fitness provides digital workout charts, diet plans, and tracking tools for informational purposes only. We are not a licensed medical provider.
• Assumption of Risk: You should consult with a physician or other healthcare professional before starting any new diet or fitness program. You agree that you engage in these physical activities at your own risk.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the application.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other members' data or the administrative backend.

5. Account Termination

Your gym administrator reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate your access to the Retag Fitness platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or your gym's internal policies.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
